What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, company, email, phone.
• For clients, the records needed to support you: sites, equipment, serial numbers, warranty dates, support tickets and the conversations on them.
• Portal sign-in records: when you signed in, from roughly where, and whether it succeeded. We keep these to spot misuse.

What we do not collect

• We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
• We do not use tracking for advertising.

Where it is held

Client portal data is held in Microsoft Azure. Files such as floor plans, datasheets and handover manuals are stored privately and reached only through short-lived signed links, never public URLs.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a client, and afterwards only as long as we are required to, for tax, contractual or legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Write to sales@carpa-tech.com and we will answer within 30 days.
